DELIVERY INFORMATION
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free for all US orders over $25. The free shipping is through First Class mail. You can choose to upgrade that to faster shipping if you'd like, but it's not necessary. Please keep in mind that regardless of the shipping method you choose, we do need time to make your scrunchies.
How soon will I get my scrunchy order?
We generally make scrunchies to order. There is only my self making these so I'm turning them around fairly quickly. Most orders are shipped within 5 days of your purchase. If you need yours faster, please send me an email and I'll see if I can accommodate you. I will send you an email when your scrunchies are shipped.
What shipping service do you use?
I use the US Postal Service for my shipments in most cases. Scrunchies don't weigh much, but they do take up some room. The USPS is generally the most cost-effective way to send scrunchies. I make it a habit to track each shipment and will send you the tracking number when I ship them.
RETURN POLICY
cM Scrunchies makes it easy to buy hair accessories online! If you are not completely satisfied with your hair accessory purchase, simply return the item(s) in their original condition within 30 days for a prompt exchange or refund. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
To begin the returns process, please contact us to explain your issue and we'll provide you with a resolution or return mailing instructions. Unfortunately, shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded.
